1. HOW DOES THE ORDER PROCESS WORK FOR CUSTOM ITEMS?
If you placed a custom personalized order, you will be contacted to confirm your details. Once you confirm your details and a proof is sent your way, your order is non-refundable and will ship in about 1-5 days from your order date.
Please note any additional information you may want included on your personalized item(s) is subject to Gryb Designs Studio approval and may ultimately not be included on the item due to the design and integrity of the product.
2. WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY PERSONALIZED ORDER?
Once you confirm your details and a proof has been sent your way, your order is non-refundable and may not be canceled.
3. ARE MY PERSONALIZED ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?
Upon final approval of your personalized order, we cannot accept returns due to any errors (such as misspelled words or incorrect information etc.). By approving your final proofs, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval and you wish to reprint, we are required to charge you for services rendered.
4. WILL I SEE A PROOF BEFORE MY ITEMS ARE PRINTED AND MAILED TO ME?
Yes, customers ordering any of our personalized items will receive their proofs after the confirmation of wording. Once a proof has been sent your way, your order is non-refundable.
5. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER THE PROOF WAS APPROVED?
We can't guarantee that we'll be able to make changes to your order as we start working on your order as soon as content is approved, but please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you!
6. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped, the you will also receive your tracking number if available.
